Who can become a referral partner?
Individuals and businesses that can enter a binding agreement and responsibly introduce DentalPresence to dental practices may apply. Customer and administrator accounts remain separate from referral partner accounts.
What commission can I earn?
The current rate is 12% gross commission on eligible Practice Essentials, Practice Growth, Multi-location, and Agency subscription product revenue recorded by Lemon Squeezy, excluding tax. Lemon Squeezy's affiliate fee, payout-provider charges, currency costs, withholding, refunds, and other adjustments reduce the net amount paid.
How is a customer attributed to me?
A prospective customer must use the unique affiliate URL provided in Lemon Squeezy Affiliate Hub and purchase within the configured tracking window. Lemon Squeezy is authoritative for attribution; DentalPresence independently checks the resulting affiliate ID and customer identity.
When does commission become payable?
Lemon Squeezy currently holds referral commissions for 30 days. Accepted referrals are included in its twice-monthly payout process; referrals in review are held and refunded orders become void. Affiliate Hub shows the controlling status and timing.
How are payouts made?
Lemon Squeezy collects the affiliate's tax and payout details and pays eligible balances by bank or PayPal where supported. Provider thresholds, referral fees, payout-processing fees, currency conversion, and country availability apply.
What provider fees apply?
Lemon Squeezy currently deducts 2% of the gross commission for each referral. Bank, PayPal, processing, or currency-conversion charges may also reduce the payout. Provider terms and Affiliate Hub show the controlling amount.
Is income guaranteed?
No. Earnings depend on valid referrals, customer payments, refunds, continued subscriptions, and compliance with the Referral Partner Agreement.
