How this index handles data
Provider identity and practice-location records originate from the public NPPES/NPI dataset. Website scores come from DentalPresence's own bounded crawl. Google data is used only transiently to match a practice; the directory does not republish Google ratings, reviews, names, or addresses. Records can be incomplete or outdated and are not a statement about clinical quality.
